13. Related party transactions During the three months ended September 30, 2021, the Company had entered into a related party transaction with Francis Abourizk Lightowlers for legal fees totaling $1 thousand. Peter Francis, a
non-executive director of the Company is a partner at Francis Abourizk Lightowlers. As of September 30, 2021 and June 30, 2021 there were amounts due to this related party of $1 thousand and $2 thousand, respectively, included in trade and other payables on the accompanying consolidated balance sheet. |
