11. Related party transactions During the three months ended September 30, 2022, the Company did not enter into any related party transactions. As of September 30, 2021, the Company had entered into a related party transaction with Francis Abourizk Lightowlers for legal fees totaling $1 thousand. Peter Francis, a
non-executive director at the Company, is a partner at Francis Abourizk Lightowlers. As of September 30, 2021 amounts due to this related party of $1 thousand were included in trade and other payables on the accompanying consolidated balance sheet. |
