As of March 31, 2022, the Company had entered into a related party transaction with Francis Abourizk Lightowlers for legal fees totaling $1 thousand. Peter Francis, a
non-executive director at the Company, is a partner at Francis Abourizk Lightowlers. As of March 31, 2022 amounts due to this related party of $1 thousand were included in trade and other payables on the accompanying consolidated balance sheet. |
